Theatre hire
Concert Systems can supply PA systems specifically designed for theatres, plus radio microphone systems, theatre lighting, and recording facilities all tailored to your specific venue. We also supply experienced sound engineers and operators if required. Although we haven't been asked yet, we can also supply the casting couch.

PA hire:
Concert Systems have for a long time been involved with installing permanent sound systems in theatres, and our specialist knowledge means we can provide the best sound system for short or long term hire in your venue. Distributed sound systems will ensure an even volume throughout the auditorium, and surround systems can provide for special effects. We use industry standard products from manufacturers such as d&b, Meyer and Nexo, and can provide mixing consoles up to 96 channels.

Radio microphone systems:
Typically we supply flesh-coloured radio mics which can be headworn, hairworn or neckworn. We can supply multi-channel radio systems of up to 30 channels, VHF, UHF or Channel 69, and for live music we can also supply wireless instrument systems and In Ear Monitoring (IEM) systems.
Our hire equipment is from industry-standard manufacturers such as AKG, Audio-Technica, Beyer, Sennheiser, Shure and Trantec. We supply bodypack transmitters, handheld transmitters, receivers and microphones. More details are available on the radio systems page.

School plays:
For school performances, nativity plays, amateur dramatic societies etc. we can put together affordable packages to give that extra polish to your show. |
For example, a complete sound system comprising:
- 8 x radio microphones
- 1 x 12-channel mixer plus effects
- 2 x full-range powered speakers
- All cables, stands etc.
This package only £999 + vat per week. |

Lighting:
We can assist in the design and planning stages, or simply provide dry-hire equipment. We have moving head systems, colour washes, spotlights, etc. Our stock consists of industry standard and fully tested name-brand lighting equipment to ensure quality and reliability. In addition to lighting we supply truss, stands, effects, control, dimmers & power distribution. Full information is available on the lighting hire page.

Recording:
We can arrange for audio and video recording of your production, for use as an archive, a rehearsal aid, publicity or mercandise for sale. Using the latest technology in hard-disk recording we can capture the performance for later editing. A DVD can make a great souvenir of the production, and a good source of revenue, ideal for school performances and amateur dramatic societies as well as professional theatres.
