Contract Hire

Contract hire is ideal for many of our customers. There are clear benefits in having minimum outlay and maximum control of costs, coupled to tax advantages and reduced administration. Contract hire assists business to budget more accurately, spreading costs over time, and acquire equipment without the risk of a large capital outlay. Finance may come from an operating budget rather than capital expenditure.

Equipment supplied by Concert Systems under a contract hire agreement will be fully maintained, with a 24-hour emergency response. An option to buy can be arranged, either during or at the end of the contract hire period. Contract hire agreements can be arranged for any length of time to suit the customer, usually from 3 months upwards.

Audio-Visual

Plasma screens, projectors, surround sound speaker systems, radio microphones, lecterns etc. are all available on long-term contract hire. Suitable for companies, conferences, schools, colleges, universities, courtrooms, and many other venues.

Bars, winebars and restaurants

Full-range background music systems to provide the desired atmosphere. Speakers of a discrete appearance, plus sound sources as required: cd players, mp3 players, cassette decks etc.

Discos and nightclubs

Sound systems and lighting using industry standard products. Venues from 150 - 5,000 people. Foreground systems for the dance floor, and background systems distributed to the seating areas.

Factories and offices

Factory tannoy systems and paging systems require the specialist knowledge that we can provide. Voice-evacuation systems especially need the benefit of our experience and back-up service. For use in factories, offices, courtrooms, public buildings etc., we comply with all relevant Health & Safety legislation, using fire-resistant industry standard products and slow-burn wiring.

Sporting arenas and outdoor events

Outdoor events require specialist equipment such as long-throw music horns to project sound over long distances. Rugged, waterproof equipment can be provided, and our past experience in arenas, stadiums and theme parks will enable us to provide the right equipment for your venue.

Stores and shopping malls

Ceiling speakers and projection speakers are ideal for shopping malls, and the confidence of having maintainance agreements in place makes contract hire an ideal choice. For shops and stores, ceiling speakers and spherical speakers provide an even sound distribution and a modern appearance.
