Audio-Visual Equipment Hire

Concert Trade offer AV equipment hire for all types of events. We provide Audio-Visual equipment for Company Presentations, Conferences, Product Launches, Trade Shows, Training Seminars, Public Meetings, Schools, Colleges, Universities, etc. Our AV equipment includes: projectors, screens, radio microphones, lecterns and lectern microphones, distributed sound systems and more, catering for any event, big or small, from 10 - 5,000 people.

Audio-Visual equipment is available for Dry Hire, or Fully Operated.

Projectors supplied from 1,000 - 12,000 lumens, suitable for presentations in all lighting environments. Industry standard products such as Barco projectors ensure reliability.

Screens are available for front projection or rear projection. Portable screens and electric screens in sizes up to 4 x 3m.

Broadcast and video

Simultaneous broadcast equipment hire: add the facility to broadcast your event to a different location or to large screens at the venue. This broadcast can also be recorded, and more details of our video recording and video editing can be found on the video page.

BGC Partners Second Annual Global Charity Day

BGC Partners, a leading provider of financial services worldwide, raised $5 million through its global network of offices on its highly successful Second Annual Global Charity Day.

The London event, held at BGC’s global headquarters at Barclay Tower, Canary Wharf, was supported by: Her Royal Highness, the Princess Royal; Countess Mountbatten of Burma; Mervyn King, Governor of the Bank England and a long list of celebrities from the worlds of sport, television and film, including rugby World Cup winning captain, Martin Johnson, international cricket icons Shane Warne and Andrew ‘Freddie’ Flintoff, and newly crowned three-day event World Champion, Zara Phillips.

In New York, BGC was supported by former New York Giants players Billy Ard, Harry Carson, and Phil Simms, alongside New York Yankees manager Joe Torre, basketball coach Rick Pitino, and supermodel Petra Nemcova.

We provided a fully distributed sound system over the whole of the 20th floor, including a balanced, even coverage of the trading floor, utilising RCF Acustica C3108 speakers in 13 different locations. We also provided staging and a lectern, plasma screens, and an array of wireless microphones. Our camera crew filmed the day's events and produced a 30 minute DVD for the company. We also supplied simultaneous outside broadcast facilities, so that events taking place outdoors could be shown on the large indoor plasma screens.
